Happy Book Lovers Day!
I confess I'm a later-life bookworm. I finally found my love of books a few years ago and now I'm a bibliophile :)
I'm currently reading 'The shadow of the wind' by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, and it's just magical. This poignant quote in it popped up yesterday:
“Few things leave a deeper mark on a reader than the first book that finds its way into their heart”
So true...what was your first 'heart book'? Reading has changed my life. That's why I wanted to create this new book necklace collection and release it on Book Lovers Day :)
There's 2 versions:
- A small book initial necklace, engraved with your initial
- A large personalised book necklace, engraved with your choice of title on the front (up to 35 characters inc. spacing)
You could have engraved your favourite book; a meaningful quote; name + Journal/Diary, whatever your heart desires, we can make it for you.
Both pendants are intricately carved with a floral motif pattern and the cutest tiny bookworm with glasses as the jump ring that connects the pendant to the chain - I love him!
All handmade here in our Hatton Garden workshop from recycled silver and gold.
